GRAVETTE, Ark. - ArkaSun -- The Super Bee Dream Giveaway, a nationwide drawing sponsored by New Beginning Children's Homes, ended on November 30, 2021. Jim Freeman, a California resident, is the grand-prize winner of a super rare, big-block 1969½ Dodge Super Bee with the 440/6-Pack "Lift Off" hood option, plus $15,000 towards the prize taxes!

Mr. Freeman made a donation on February 23, 2021, to enter the Super Bee Dream Giveaway and little did he know that his donation had just landed him the winning ticket. "When I entered the giveaway, it was not just about trying to win but your donation also supports a lot of great charities," he said.

On December 16, 2021, Mr. Freeman received the congratulatory telephone call giving him the exciting news. "When I got the call, I was sitting in the hospital with COVID pneumonia. After receiving this news, it made me think that things just got better," he said. "After it sunk in that I actually won, there was just a lot of excitement and anticipation on getting the car."

Mr. Freeman, who is now retired, worked in information technology for a large aerospace company. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and hiking. For the people who have yet to enter a Dream Giveaway, he had this to say, "You can't win if you don't play and your donation goes to great causes."
