Local bands partner with local pizza restaurant to raise funds for the Samaritan Community Center.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - ArkaSun -- Three local bands are coming together to support the Samaritan Community Center in a fundraising event aimed at feeding underserved children in Northwest Arkansas. The event, hosted by Waystone Pizza and The Walker Henry Band, will take place on Sunday, April 6, at Waystone Pizza in Fayetteville.

The concert will feature performances by Cody Rawlings, Birdfinger, and The Walker Henry Band, offering a night of live music for a great cause. Attendees can enjoy drink specials, and donations will be accepted at the door, with 100% of band proceeds going directly to the Samaritan Community Center.

Martin "Catfish" Walker, guitarist for The Walker Henry Band, emphasized the event's importance: "We are so happy to be a part of this. It's a great opportunity to hear amazing local music while supporting the community and the Samaritan Community Center. We love being involved."
