GRAVETTE, Ark. - ArkaSun -- The Porsche Dream Giveaway ended on March 29, 2022. Dream Giveaway is pleased to announce that Felix Torres, a retired State of New York civil servant, is the grand-prize winner of a Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 sports car. Also included in the grand-prize package was $33,000 towards the prize taxes.
Mr. Torres made a donation to enter the Porsche Dream Giveaway on August 3, 2021, and that donation would end up landing him the winning ticket. "I have been fortunate in my life to be able to donate to reputable charities and feel that I can share my blessings with others," he said.
On April 14, 2022, Mr. Torres received the congratulatory telephone call giving him the exciting news. "When I first got the call, my first thought was: Are you kidding me?" he said. "Then I had the most enormous smile on my face! After realizing this was for real, I made reservations to go to Florida with my wife, Linda, and drove the car home. What an unbelievable trip that was! Getting looks of admiration from people in the street and gas-station attendants, and having people take photos and giving us the thumbs up. The Dream Giveaway team made us feel like family and we hope to visit again soon."
